ROB HADLEY

Founder and Principal

Rob Hadley brings nearly 20 years of strategy, structured problem solving and analytics experience to clients starting their Diversity, Equity and Inclusion journey or looking to jumpstart their efforts.  Rob is an expert at strategic alignment, objective setting and impact measurement, people analytics and process improvement.

 

Rob was most recently at Liberty Mutual Insurance in Boston, Massachusetts where he led employee experience and DEI analytics.  There he led one of the most extensive analytical assessments of gender and race/ethnicity representation gaps, process biases and employee sentiment disparities of any Fortune 500 company, leading to the development of a comprehensive strategy and accountability framework for DEI globally. Rob held previous roles leading teams in internal consulting for Lean operational excellence and in strategic finance.  Rob holds an MBA in Finance and Management from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, a BS in Marketing from the University of Colorado at Boulder and a Certificate in D & I from Cornell University.  Pre-MBA, Rob worked in international corporate development, investments and quality at General Electric. 

 

Rob lives in Salt Lake City, Utah where he spends his free time snowboarding, golfing, cycling, mountain biking, camping and cooking.

DR. JULIANA SIMONETTI, MD

Advisor, Health Systems

Physician, University of Utah Health

Co-Director, PROMIS2U

Dr. Simonetti is the Co-Director of the Comprehensive Weight Management Program at the University of Utah. Dr. Simonetti received her medical degree from the University of Utah School of Medicine in 2009 and completed her residency in Internal Medicine at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical center and her fellowship in clinical nutrition and obesity at Boston University Medical Center and complete the Global Health Delivery & Effectiveness program at the Harvard School of Public Health.  She is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and the American Board of Obesity Medicine.

 

Dr. Simonetti faced many obstacles in achieving her medical degree as a first generation immigrant, and she has worked to make the path more equitable for students that come from minoritized backgrounds. Understanding first-hand the disparities of care her family and those from under-represented backgrounds face, she is motivated to improve quality and health care access to all. She has been part of the medical school's admissions committee for the last three years and most recently accepted the position as Co-Director for PROMIS2U (Pre-matriculation Readiness for Ongoing Medical Student Success at the U), a program developed to provide minoritized students a bridge to medical school.

Dr. Simonetti loves spending time with her husband, 8 year old son and her dog. She loves to ski, hike, camp and travel. Her favorite activity is going to the local farmers market on the weekends.

NADIA N. BUTT

Diversity Consultant, Facilitator, Founder of Naz Consulting

Nadia Butt is a dynamic facilitator, consultant, and coach with over 18 years of leadership development experience. She is passionate about transforming workplace culture and empowering people and organizations to achieve success and fulfill their potential.

​

Throughout her career, Nadia has facilitated conversations around the experiences of marginalized people. She prides herself on creating the safe and inclusive spaces needed to have dialogue on complex topics.

​

Nadia has worked with organizations in the public education, higher education, insurance, healthcare, financial services, and fitness/wellness spaces. 

Nadia holds a master’s degree (MBA) in Organizational Behavior from Suffolk University in Boston, MA and earned a Diversity & Inclusion Certificate from Cornell University. Her current doctoral research is focused on the lived experiences of American-Muslims in the workplace at The George Washington University, in Washington, D.C.

Nadia serves on the diversity & inclusion task force at The George Washington University.  She is also a member of the National Society of Leadership and Success.

​

Nadia is a daughter of parents who immigrated from Pakistan. She currently resides in the greater Boston area, but loves to travel the world in her spare time. Nadia is passionate about yoga, mindfulness practice, and baking cookies.
